About Me

Therapist Bio:
Now Accepting New Pts in NY/ NJ/ FL!
Starting therapy can feel scary at times for people. I will walk you through the process gently, transparently and with compassion. My goal is to build upon the resilience you already possess, that brought you to this page in bravely asking for the support you need. You might be here because negative, anxious or intrusive thoughts can feel hard to turn off. Hopelessness, shame, or low self-confidence might be dimming your light (personally, in motherhood or in your professional life). Relationship issues or past traumatic experiences may be keeping you from thriving. But there is a way forward from here, I promise you.

From a very young age, I’ve had an innate ability to tune into people’s feelings. To be a psychotherapist was my lifelong dream, and a role I continue to consider a great privilege. My approach is trauma-informed & culturally sensitive, with an emphasis on examining your past and how it might have informed your current behaviors and belief systems.

I aim to provide individualized therapy treatment tailored to your values & needs. I do not believe therapy can be a one size fits all approach, so getting to know what you are most responsive to is of utmost importance to me in our work together. You can expect therapy with me to be an engaging atmosphere (I will not sit there silently for 45 minutes nodding along!)  You can also expect to take up as much space as you would like or need to, peacefully. My goal is to make therapy a genuine and safe experience for you to share, notice, and grow.

My primary area of expertises are: complex trauma & childhood trauma, relationship dynamics or relational traumas, maternal mental healthwork-related anxiety, high-achievers with high anxiety & highly sensitive individuals (HSP).

I also provide a variety of mental health consultation services.
